APA Qld participates in QCAT Act Review

APA Qld would like to advise members that a submission has been made by the association to the independent QCAT Act Review. APA Qld was invited as a stakeholder to participate in a roundtable discussion about the Review. On 31 March 2026, APA Qld's representative participated in a roundtable discussion with the Honourable David Thomas, the Department of Justice and other stakeholders in relation to the QCAT Act Review. APA Qld's representative advocated for paramedics in relation to the Review as it relates to the health practitioner discipline jurisdiction in QCAT.
